High-impact instructional design requires a seamless transition from evidence-based theory to measurable behavioral change. This project showcases an End-to-End Multimedia Ecosystem architected to build high-level competency in professional influence and ethical leadership. By integrating a technical Decision-Making Story Map, a high-fidelity Branching Video Simulation, and Spaced Learning assets—including a professionally produced podcast and lead-author article—I have engineered a multi-modal roadmap that moves learners beyond passive consumption into active, expert-validated application.

Performance Objective 3:

End-to-End Multimedia Production for Digital Learning: This deliverable is a comprehensive Instructional Design Blueprint developed to build high-level competency in professional influence and communication. It serves as the technical roadmap for a multi-modal learning experience, transitioning from evidence-based theory to an interactive, AI-driven behavioral simulation.

The foundation of this project is a Strategic Story Map that serves as the technical roadmap for the entire module. It outlines the instructional flow, aligning core concepts of ethical leadership with specific media triggers. This document proves my ability to architect complex, multi-part learning journeys that remain cohesive and goal-oriented.

Behavioral Practice: Interactive Case Study Video

The ecosystem culminates in a Branching Scenario Video built in Articulate 360. This interactive media asset challenges learners to apply the decision-making tools they’ve learned to a realistic scenario.

Engagement: Learners must make choices that influence the outcome of the narrative.
Evaluation: Provides instant feedback on decision-making paths, effectively measuring a learner’s ability to move from "knowing" to "doing."
