I’m a Senior Instructional Designer with nearly eight years of experience. At The Ohio State University, I designed 30+ leadership courses, secured grants for and designed a VR/AR Immersive Learning Lab, and conducted the ELEVATE performance study.

My projects start with a conversation. I meet with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define what learners need to do differently afterward and how we’ll measure it. Then I work backward: Backward Design shapes the practice, feedback, and assessment, and Kirkpatrick’s levels show whether the learning worked. Along the way, I build in safe-to-fail practice, like simulations, so learners can try, miss, and improve before the stakes are real.

This portfolio shows that process from start to finish, across simulations, immersive learning, multimedia production, AI-enhanced workflows, and evaluation.
